Are you a non-resident or local college student within the DMV area and want to stimulate your faith walk or grow deeper in your relationship with Jesus? Whatever your motivation, the small group called “LAUNCHED,” with Heidy (a college student) and Audrey (a mother of college students) would be the perfect place for you to connect! In a “home away from home” environment where love and laughter are exchanged and prayer is readily available, all are welcomed for the fellowship, study and snacks!
About this Group:
Our group this fall will focus on one primary objective: helping each person develop a rule of life that fosters the kind of PACE for living that is conducive for spiritual growth and connectedness to Jesus. Recognizing hurry as a primary enemy of spiritual health, we'll be discussing what it looks like to practice the disciplines of solitude, simplicity, sabbath, and slowing. As part of the discussion, please purchase a copy of "Ruthless Elimination of Hurry" by John Mark Comer.
Meeting: In-person, Tuesdays at 7:00pm
