Healing After Trauma Support

Tuesday at 5:30 PM

Location: Ballston Quarter

About the Group:

Let's dive into Robin Sharma's 5AM Club.
Beginning August 6, 2024 - September 17, 2024 (September 3, 2024/NO MEETING)

Based on the key insight that winning starts at the beginning of the day, Sharma shows how you can reduce stress, improve focus, unleash uncommon creativity, achieve exponential productivity and restore balance. This book study is about arranging your life to fit in the to-do list and make thoughts become reality.  Just as Jesus show's throughout scripture meditation, prayer, and taking care of our bodies are key. Let's examine the idea of organizing our time to achieve the things we desire. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GET UP AT 5 AM to achieve this.  However, it is possible to discover that the morning can be one of the most peaceful times of day.

When we look at the impact of trauma and grief it can affect so many areas of our lives. This book begins with a journey of people experiencing despair, anxiety and depression.  Throughout the journey of this book individuals find hope, inspiration, and the ability to understand that we can do all things through Chirst who strengthens us.

This book study will be explored by chapter and a few FUN activities are scheduled to elevate ideas and turn them into something that is achievable and tangible. "Own your morning, Elevate you Life" Robin Sharma.

Book is available on Amazon for purchase, you can also check with your local library.
