Prayer is a word that can evoke a wide range of emotions across all groups of people. Some of us are hopeful and enthusiastic about it, some shy and unsure; some who are doubtful or skeptical about it and some who think it is pointless. There are many of us who want a great prayer life but are not sure how to go about it or even where to start.
No matter what category you place yourself in, you are in good company. Even Jesus’ disciples were not sure how to pray. So, they asked him to teach them, and He did. Could this simple prayer hold powerful and life changing truths? Could it forever change the way we approach not just prayer – but everything about our life, including our relationship with God and others?
Join me this summer to dig deep into this prayer that Jesus Himself taught us. Let us ask Him to - ‘Teach us to pray’…!
