About the Leader:
Welcome! We are group of ladies at all stages of life that come together each week. Our group had been ongoing for over two years with new people joining all the time and becoming like family. We visit, we serve, we pray, we laugh and do life together. We hang out in my living room, and sometimes we break out the goodies and food. There is lots of easy parking and close to the East Falls Church metro.
About the Group:
Our discussion follows the sermon series. This fall will focus on one primary objective: helping each person develop a rule of life that fosters the kind of PACE for living that is conducive for spiritual growth and connectedness to Jesus. Recognizing hurry as a primary enemy of spiritual health, we'll be discussing what it looks like to practice the disciplines of solitude, simplicity, sabbath, and slowing. As part of the discussion, please purchase a copy of "Ruthless Elimination of Hurry" by John Mark Comer.
Meeting: In-person, weekly on Tuesdays at 7:00pm.
