Run with Grace

Did you make a New Year's Resolution to get in shape, but really do not know how to get started, or maybe you have already fallen off the wagon?  Join this 12 week structured training program led by experienced personal trainer and running coach, Denny Pinch, to prepare to finish the GW Parkway Ten Mile Classic on April 24, 2022.

You will learn the run/walk training method to gradually and safely develop the stamina and discipline needed to finish the race. If you can jog for 3 minutes now, you will be ready to run 10 miles by April 24.

Meet Saturday mornings for group runs and a training schedule to follow during the week.

No running experience is necessary to join.  You can be completely out of shape.  We will help you change that!  All you need is the willingness to try and the desire to meet new people and have fun getting into shape together.

If you have doubts about joining consider this, Denny is 63, has asthma, a pacemaker, and survived a complete stroke in July, 2018 and he can still do this.  If he can do it, I think you can too with his guidance and the encouragement of your new training buddies.
