Oneness Embraced

Book discussion on Racial Reconciliation. Join us for “Oneness Embraced: Reconciliation, the Kingdom, and How We are Stronger Together” by Tony Evans. This study will look at biblical oneness, an historical view of the Black church, and the Kingdom vision for social impact.

The group will meet once a month for three months, each time on the second Saturday of the month (Sept. 11th, Oct. 9th and Nov. 13th).

Each monthly reading will prepare you for discussion and thoughtful reflection that leads toward a better understanding of the Kingdom of God and spiritual growth.

Please purchase "Oneness Embraced" by Tony Evans in advance of the first session. The book can be found at Amazon (paperback, $16.89; Kindle, $7.65).

For the first session on September 11th we will take a look at chapters 1-5. Even if you are unable to complete the reading of chapters 1-5 before our first session you are still encouraged to attend to share your thoughts regarding race in a safe environment.

Online Group: This group will meet online only. Most group utilize zoom for their online meetings. Check with the group leader to see if their specific group might have an occasional, socially distant, in-person gathering.
