Iron Men: Workout Group

Saturday at 8:00 AM

Location: Quincy Park in Arlington

About the Leaders:

Junior is a man striving to do better every day. Home will always be the Best Coast, but he has been loving life in the DMV area for just over a year. He enjoys playing pool, listening to music, watching movies, and acting a fool on the dance floor. Junior treasures his three siblings and his nephew, with another nephew on the way. He serves on the Hospitality team at Grace Community and loves every opportunity to serve his brothers and sisters in Christ.

Tony is originally from California and has lived in the DMV for three years. He loves the beach and everything about the ocean. Tony has four energetic kids and enjoys serving coffee when he is not working or spending time with friends.

About this Group:

This men’s group is a space for men, both young and older, to build fellowship, grow in their faith, and strengthen their walk as husbands, fathers, uncles, and sons. Meetings will include a brief workout followed by conversation and connection. If you cannot do the workout portion, you can participate at your own pace or take a walk.

Proverbs 27:17 says, “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” As men within our families and church, we have a unique calling to encourage and build one another up in Christ. This group will create a safe place for honest conversations, mutual support, and brotherhood.

**Please bring your own chair, water, and anything else you might need. If you have any health concerns, please consult your physician before participating in the workout.

Meeting: In person, Saturdays 8:00AM-9:30AM
