Project Belong inspires, recruits and resources the local church to serve vulnerable children (and the families caring for them). Did you know there are over 1350 children in foster care in Northern Virginia? Virginia is among the worst states in the country with young adults "aging out" of foster care in high numbers with no forever family. But hope and healing are possible for children who've experienced trauma!
Our partnership with Project Belong provides training for our children's ministry to be equipped to be a support system for children experiencing trauma, as well as training for Grace congregants who want to become mentors for young adults aging out of foster care and care for foster/adoptive families in our church.
