Choose from one of three dynamic workshops to learn skills and tangible tips to tackle some of the toughest parenting challenges. Special children's entertainment is also available for Graceland kids K-4th grade.
Three workshop options are available at the Arlington Campus, downstairs in the Grace Student Life area. Please select one workshop to attend. Light breakfast/coffee provided.
Keeping Cool When Parenting Heats Up - Register Here
Based on principles from the fields of early childhood education and developmental psychology, this workshop will cover essential attitudes, understanding and techniques that will help you as a parent keep cool when parenting heats up. Parents of children of all ages are welcome to participate in this workshop because parenting heats up when children are young but gets even hotter as they grow!

Beyond offering some VERY practical techniques for leading your kids through conversations about difficult topics, this workshop aims to get you, as the parent, EXCITED for the day those questions come your way. This will be a time together that both allays your fears and initiates a vision for how tough questions might get tackled in your home.
